With a private dock overlooking the stillness of the river, you’ll have a picture-perfect spot for stunning photographs - and a moment to breathe it all in.

Our Winter Wedding Package includes delicious menus crafted with heart, and all the little details that bring your celebration to life. Whether you’re planning an intimate gathering or a lively soirée, we’ll help you create a day that’s effortlessly beautiful and uniquely yours.

The all inclusive package includes:

Terms and Conditions – The Boat House Winter Wedding Promotion 2027

Promotion Period:
This promotion is valid for weddings held between 1 June 2027 and 30 September 2027, inclusive.

Inclusions:
Eligible wedding bookings during the promotional period will receive the following:

  • Full-day venue hire across all event spaces at The Boat House valued at $2,500.00

  • Use of our on-site Get Ready Suite valued at $300.00

  • A glass of bubbles and 2 x canapés for each guest valued at $26.20pp.

  • A seasonal buffet dinner of 2 x proteins, 2 x salads and 1x desert, including one glass of wine per guest valued at $82.80pp.

  • Twin Souls Photography 5 Hour Package for $2,200 (usually $3,200), optional add on of Full Vdeo of Ceremony & Speeches for $1,900 (usually $2,400).

  • Access to exclusive Florist off at Honeysuckle Flowers.

  • Access to exclusive accommodation rates at Kauri Lodge Accommodation (see Accommodation Offer).

Eligibility:
This promotion applies to new bookings only. Existing or rescheduled bookings made prior to 31 July 2026 are not eligible.

Beverage Inclusions:
The arrival glass of bubbles and the glass of wine served with dinner included in the Winter Wedding Package are strictly limited to the venue’s selected House beverage range. Upgrades to premium brands or alternative varietals are available upon request for an additional fee

Minimum Guest Numbers:
To qualify for this package, a minimum of 60 adult guests is required, or a minimum spend of $6,540* (including GST) must be met. *Additional guests are welcome at $109pp.

Photography Offer:
The Twin Souls Photography offer is valid only when booked directly with Twin Souls and applies to packages of 5 hours or longer. Print credit is redeemable for printed photo products only and is non-transferable or refundable. Your booking must be made directly with Twin Souls and is subject to availability and Twin Souls Terms and Conditions. The Boat House is not responsible for third-party availability or terms.

Accommodation Offer:
Kauri Lodge Accommodation deal is subject to availability and must be booked directly with Kauri Loadge. The Boat House is not responsible for third-party availability or terms.

Florist Offer:
Honeysuckle Flowers deal is subject to availability and must be booked directly with Honeysuckle Flowers. The Boat House is not responsible for third-party availability or terms.

Booking Requirements:
A signed event agreement and deposit must be received to confirm the booking. Standard venue terms and payment schedules apply.

Changes & Cancellations:
Standard cancellation policies apply. The Boat House reserves the right to make minor substitutions of inclusions where necessary (e.g. menu items based on seasonal availability).

General:
This promotion is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
