Absoulely! We encourage you to decorate the tables/venue to match your wedding vibes.

We are a full service venue, so no outside food (apart from your Wedding Cake) is permissable in the venue.

You can bring both! We ask that any candles be contained (for fire safety and wax drip), and that any confetti is only used on the lawn and is biodegradable.

We have an onsite Get Ready Suite available to hire on the day of your wedding.

We have various menu options available. We are able to accommodate most preferences with what we have on offer.

We cater for all dietary requirements. Our Chef’s are able to adapt dishes to suite dietaries and allergies.

We offer a range of late-night snacks to get the energy levels up for the dance floor!

We can do a sit-down meal for up to 150pax, and up to 220pax cocktail style.

There is plenty of on-site parking and free street parking.

The Boat House is accessible to both prams and wheelchairs.

As we are in a residential zone, the music must stop at 11.30pm. We close the doors to The Boat House from 8:30pm if loud music is playing.

We have a built-in AV and sound system in The Boat House. You can plug in and play your Spotify.

We require a deposit of $2,500 to secure your booking. At six months from your event date we will invoice 50% of the minimum spend (minus the deposit), with the final installment due three weeks prior to your event. Should you decide to not go ahead with your event, the deposit is non-refundable.

None of our costs are hidden! We are totally upfront with costs, and some items (ie: linen, arch, early pack in) come with an additional cost associated with them, but we are very transparent with costs.

Setup the night before is not possible as we often have events on most days of the week. For you Wedding Day, access is from 10am and any items bought in to the venue must be removed following the conclusion of the event.

Unfortunately you are unable to take away any left over food as part of our health and safety food handling policies.
