Say “I do” beneath the soft glow of fairy lights in our sheltered outdoor marquee, or choose the cosy elegance of the Blue Room - both warm, inviting spaces that sparkle with atmosphere, whatever the weather.

With a private dock overlooking the stillness of the river, you’ll have a picture-perfect spot for stunning photographs - and a moment to breathe it all in.

Our Winter Wedding Package includes delicious menus crafted with heart, and all the little details that bring your celebration to life. Whether you’re planning an intimate gathering or a lively soirée, we’ll help you create a day that’s effortlessly beautiful and uniquely yours.

Terms and Conditions – The Boat House Winter Wedding Promotion 2026

Promotion Period:
This promotion is valid for weddings held between 1 June 2026 and 31 August 2026, inclusive.

Inclusions:
Eligible wedding bookings during the promotional period will receive the following:

• Full-day venue hire across all event spaces at The Boat House valued at $1,500.00

• Use of our on-site Get Ready Suite valued at $300.00

• A glass of bubbles and canapés for each guest valued at $37.00pp (see beverage limits)

• A seasonal buffet dinner, including one glass of wine per guest valued at $99.00pp (see beverage limits)

• $1,000 discount on any Twin Souls Photography package of 5 hours or more, plus a $150.00 professional print credit and priority editing (see Photography Offer).

• Access to exclusive accommodation rates at Lavender Hills at their discretion (see Accommodation Offer).

Eligibility:
This promotion applies to new bookings only. Existing or rescheduled bookings made prior to 31 July 2025 are not eligible.

Beverage Allowances:

• The arrival bubbles include up to 10 bottles of prosecco, valued at a minimum of $60.00 per bottle.

• The dinner wine includes up to 10 bottles of local wine, valued at a minimum of $67.00 per bottle.

• Additional wine or prosecco may be purchased at standard venue pricing.

• Beverage limits are set to ensure fair value distribution across events and cannot be substituted for alternative drinks or credits.

Minimum Guest Numbers:
To qualify for this package, a minimum of 60 adult guests is required, or a minimum spend of $5,940 (including GST) must be met.

Photography Offer:
The Twin Souls Photography offer is valid only when booked directly with Twin Souls and applies to packages of 5 hours or longer. Print credit is redeemable for printed photo products only and is non-transferable or refundable. Your booking must be made directly with Twin Souls and is subject to availability and Twin Souls Terms and Conditions. The Boat House is not responsible for third-party availability or terms.

Accommodation Offers:
Lavender Hills accommodation deals are subject to availability and must be booked directly with Lavender Hills. The Boat House is not responsible for third-party availability or terms.

Booking Requirements:
A signed event agreement and deposit must be received to confirm the booking. Standard venue terms and payment schedules apply.

Changes & Cancellations:
Standard cancellation policies apply. The Boat House reserves the right to make minor substitutions of inclusions where necessary (e.g. menu items based on seasonal availability).

General:
This promotion is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
