Believe it or not, Tiantian and Joseph didn’t step foot on our grounds until the very week of their wedding! Living overseas, they relied on technology, family, and a bit of "Riverhead magic" to bring their vision to life.
How We Made it Happen:
Virtual Consultations: We traded the boardroom for the screen, conducting our Planning Meeting via video call to ensure every detail - from the ceremony flow to the table plan - was exactly as they imagined.
Seamless Communication: A dedicated stream of emails kept the logistics moving, ensuring no question went unanswered across time zones.
A "Boots on the Ground" Team: To get that final peace of mind, the couple enlisted their local family and friends to visit the venue on their behalf, acting as their eyes and ears.
